I was warned about the "craptastic" cheapness of GM interiors before I bought the car. Since new I’ve had carpet pieces that needed to be re-glued, the rubber grip material used on the door arm/handle is bubbling, the fabric on the pillar near the windshield is puckering, cup holder door closes only when it wants to, and for God’s sake, whatever you do, DO NOT accidently press on the Saturn logo name plate on the center of the steering wheel! It is made of pop can metal! My Saturn Aura is only 4 years old and I can only imagine what the interior will look like in another 6 years…if I keep it that long.
