Aura XR 3.6L V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 45,208 miles

Car lost traction control, all gauges malfunctioned, all warning lights came on, car sputtered before I shut it off. It took several minutes before it would restart. This occurred while driving at 35 mph. It did it twice. Both times I had to pull over and let it calm down. Managed to get it to a nearby dealer where it remains. This issue happened previously at 39,900 miles. Was told by dealer it was a no com code for the battery, which was replaced.

I bought this brand new Saturn Aura XE 3 and a half weeks ago and it has been in the shop 2 1/2 of those weeks. Then I finally get my car back and it's starting to do the same stuff again!! Then the people in "customer service" are suppose to be helping me, however they are all rude and do not do anything to help my experience become a pleasant one. When looking at cars they kept priding themselves on their customer service, but they are liars. I am about to make a car payment on a car that they have had longer than I have!! Buying a new car is suppose to be a very happy time, exciting... it has been nothing but aggrevation and worry. Every time I get to drive it i'm worried it's going to sputter and die on me. A brand new car!! The 15 computers under my hood are not communicating which is causing my car to sputter, the locks to unlock, lights to start flashing and the cruise control to go crazy. It's been awful. I DO NOT RECOMMEND a saturn. If you think you want one (i'm sorry first of all) atleast do not get one from the people at Tiffany Springs, the manager is just there for a paycheck. They have no customer service skills at all. Ok, minuse one man, Joe. He's awesome. However, not enough to make up for the other as#ho*es there :-)
