The failure of the Breaks caused a Huge Accident, the top Front of the Car is destroyed. NO one seriously injured. thank God. Approx $6,900 to fix

I need to know who i should contact regarding suing Saturn /GM Motors. This car is a 2008 Model but was built in 2007. The breaks failure caused this accident to destroy the car.
