I've had this car since 2013. It seemed as if I bought headlights yearly, one then the other and it seemed odd. Always the right light first. Recently I have had 3 new lights within weeks apart, the socket greased wiring secured, and the light still does not work.

Really hoping someone has a REAL Answer.

Update from Feb 6, 2025: The headlight went out again and was replaced. That makes 4 in a 12-month period. They check electrical, no issue. They greased the socket again, called it a faulty bulb.

When I am driving and apply the brakes, the light becomes brighter.

I'm not a mechanic... Q the recall on brake lamp (power surge) could this be related? No problem with brake lights..
