The contact owns a 2003 Saturn Ion. The contact stated that the rear door failed to open. In addition, the front passenger side window failed to open. The failure recurred multiple times. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic, who informed that there was a wiring failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 75,000.
