While driving at 15 mph consumer braked suddenly to avoid a collision and heard a disturbance in the back seat of the vehicle. Consumer found that the guard on the seat separated, and the child was lying against the front seat of the vehicle. Consumer claimed that the child was not injured by the mishap.
