The contact owns a 2007 Saturn Ion. While parked, the contact closed the front driver side door when she heard the rear windshield shatter. The vehicle was taken to an auto glass repair shop. The vehicle was not repaired. The approximate failure mileage was 20,900. The consumer stated the glass was replaced. Updated 12/31/2012
