2003 Saturn L200 developed problems with the heater system. The vehicle has been in the shop 6 times for climate control system that will not hold a warm setting. HVAC was reprogrammed 5 times, however the problem still exist. Saturn corporation refused to let the dealer work on the vehicle. The heat would only come on when the climate control was set at 90 degrees. The hepa filter was replaced. When the HVAC was set to heat and has been on for a while, it would blow cold air. The control assembly/A/C was replaced. The passenger compartment air filter was replaced. At times, when using the HVAC climate control, it would become too hot or too cold and would have to constantly be adjusted.
