This has been an ongoing problem with this car, we have taken it numerous times to the dealer to try and get it fixed. We are told that there is nothing they can do, the noise and steering rack problems are normal for these vehicles? We had the steering pump along with a new front end replaced at around 24000 miles, and has not been the same since. I have a European make and I have never had such bad customer service, nor have I had such mechanical problems that were not addressed professionally. GM has been the worst company to deal with, I would never buy another vehicle from them.
