turned in this problem several times only to be told vehicle is operating as designed,

only because they did not have a solution for this problem, I think this vehicle was a lemon when I bought it and the Saturn dealer didnt know it. that is why they would only put a

bandage on it when I took it in for repair, because I had issues with this vehicle almost from the date of purchase.
