at first the e-break simply wouldn't do anything, or would only slow the car rolling. then the rear wheels would sometimes lock up. turns out the caliper sticks when the e-break is pulled, NOT when the breaks are used with the pedal though... simple solution to the problem re-occurring: don't use the e-break. simple solution after it happens: take something metal that you can grip vertically, and put it behind the lip on the calipers, and pull towards yourself (CAREFULLY) to un-stick the calipers.
