problem #2

SL1 1.9L

  • Manual transmission
  • 196,000 miles

The car has two problems check engine light and wheel bearings The computer temp is set to high and must be set to a lower temp say 120 f. that takes care of the engine light. Wheel bearings are just a poor design so get use to changing them often! I have over 225000 on the car now and the 1.9L engine only loses one quart to about 1000 miles.
