here's a description of the cause of your problem AND how to fix it.
THE "Not Starting" PROBLEM: you may know there is a fuse box in the passenger side of the center console behind an easily removed interior panel.. this fuse box is not getting any power and therefore none of the systems it controls are getting any power (ie. radio, interior lights, FUEL PUMP, door chime, etc.)
THE FIX: if you remove the identical panel on the drivers side of the center console it will expose the i/p panel (and many many wires connecting into it).. this panel is the reverse side of the aforementioned fuse box... 1) before doing anything else DISCONNECT YOUR BATTERY... 2) on the driver side locate the i/p panel.. take a 6mm socket and loosen the bolt holding in the 68 pin connector, on the left side of this panel, until you can giggle the panel loose (done be afraid to grab hold of the wire harness to pull it out).. 3) without disconnecting any wires try to push the connector out of the way enough so you can get to the pins that the connector plugs into.. 4) On the left side of these pins count up 5 pins from the bottom (connection F-5).. it will most likely be scorched and have a mild amount of plastic melted around it.. do your best to clean the pin using and Exacto Knife, Flat Head Screwdriver, and/or a small File (even a nail file will work). remove as much of the oxidization, scorching, and melted plastic as possible to re-expose the copper... 5) now find the corresponding slot on the connector (big red wire in slot F-5) use a tiny flat head (mine came from a glasses repair kit) to clean the connector contacts and tighten the "bite" of the connector.. 6) put the connector back onto the pins and bolt it back in place.. 7) now reconnect your battery.. and start your car.
Hopefully this solves your problem!!!

It ran fine the day before then now it won't start. Just cranks, the fuses are good, the battery is brand new, the alternator and starter are both good. Checked the fuel system and that's good too. It just will not start.

I was just wondering if you found the problem with your Saturn. I am having basically the same problem. The car was running and starting fine until yesterday when I went to the store stopped car a when I got out my interior light, power locks, radio, keyless remote didn't work and of course the car. All lights on dash work but no click...Finally after messing with it it started and then again today same thing and at the same store...huh but no start up yet so I gave up for a while..... I know ..... Stay away from that store.. ha ha... Well I'm thinking probably anti-theft... Any Help from anyone would be great

Around Nov. 2014, my car wouldn't start, and a few days later it seemed to be working again. Then, 1 month later, same problem again. I had it towed and the auto-repair shop thought it was the starter motor. One week after the repair, it stopped working again. This time, I replaced the battery myself, but it didn't work. Someone else on this forum described the exact problem I had and how to fix it, and it worked! However, 8 months later my car is having the same problem again. Is there a bigger problem that needs to be fixed? I want some reliability in my car.
