Vue AWD V6

went to dealership . was told that its a safety issue and the car should not be driven. they told me it could be from excessive horn use . What exactly is that? the told me it will only be covered under the warranty if they can repair it but because the air bag is in the way i would most likely have to replace that which is not covered by the warranty if they can prove "excessive horn use" so a new airbag is about $1500.00. and i was told again that if i leave the car there it would take a few days to fix and i could drive the car or have it released back to me while waiting for the part because it would be a safety issue and the car shouldn't be driven. Now we all know the dealer is trying to make money anyway possible and of course they will tell me its from excessive use. it should be a recall . I am not the only person with this trouble i found half a dozen other complaints on forums on the internet with people having the same horn stuck on all the time. and the new saturns since then the horn assembly has been changed obviously they changed it for a reason.
