The contact owns a 2007 Saturn Vue hybrid (na). While driving 30 mph, the electrical system failed. The radio, power assist, all of the lighting, and the windows shut down, including the engine. The failure occurred on three different occasions. The dealer inspected the vehicle three times; however, the failure still persists. The dealer attempted to follow the guidelines, but they were unsuccessful. General Motors stated that all they could do was send information to the dealer to attempt to rectify the failure. The cause of the failure remains undetermined. The fuel system was unknown. The failure mileage was 22,000 and current mileage was 24,000.
