OK RIGHT AFTER I BOUGHT THIS SATURN VUE, SPOTS OF PAINT STARTED SHOWING UP ON MY CAR DOWN TO METAL. NOW RUST IS STARTING TO SHOW IN THESE SPOTS. I DON'T WANT TO MAKE IT GET WORSE. IS THIS A RECALL?
