Vue XE 3.2L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 120,000 miles

My 2008 Saturn Vue XE has the ABS and traction lights lit continuously. When it rains the back brakes lock up and the car has no traction when driving over 40mph so it just slides all over the highway!!! I have had to replace my rear tires twice in one year due to the wear and tire this is causing (treads actually showing on the inside of the rear tires). I have seen several complaints about this issue in forums online and I wonder when will GM do the right thing and RECALL this car for this KNOWN ISSUE.

Vue XE 4 cyl

  • Automatic transmission
  • 56,000 miles

WHY SHOULD THE ABS SYSTEM FAIL AT SUCH LOW MILEAGE? IT COMES ON AND GOES OFF INTERMITTANTLY REPORT THAT IT MAY BE DUE TO A BAD WHEEL BEARING??

Vue Line 3.6L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 48,000 miles

After driving the Vue for 8 months and complaining about the vibrating brake pedal, a fix was found. A few days ago, the ABS and Traction Control lights came on. I took the vehicle in and while driving, the brake pedal vibrated. Finally, the dealership found the problem - the left wheel speed sensor was found to be "open". Because I had the car in earlier for the same problem while the car was under warranty, the dealership didn't charge me for the repair. I'm done with GM
