Vue 2.4L Sfi Dohc 4 cyl

Have 08 Saturn Vue. The driver side headlight went out. Then it came back on. Then it went out again and didn't come back on. Took headlight out and seen that the bulb was still good, so then I looked into the connector and it is melted..this needs to be recalled.
