window makes a squeeking noise while opening and shutting

I have has this brand new car into the dealership several times. New window and trim installed, but still making same noise. I'm not getting anywhere with the dealer. Air comes in when on the highway due to not sealing properly. Just met another owner yesterday who is having the same issue.
