AC wasn't getting as cold as it should, so they did an EVAC and recharged. Thankfully it was still under warranty at the time

Just had it recharged last summer - same problem again. It cools - sort of...but still doesn't get very cold. I do all I can to keep the car from heating up - sunshade up every time I leave the car, and it has tinted windows. The first summer I had it, it stayed very nice and cool, but starting last summer, it just doesn't get the job done. It tested low on Freon - hmmmm - it was just recharged last year. But now it's not under warranty and would be appx $170 to fix. And if they found a leak, they MIGHT give me a "good faith" discount on parts - but then, we all know the labor is the most expensive part of a repair. That's just not in the budget for me, especially when I'm still making car payments. Very disappointed, as having a nice cool car in the summer was one thing that made struggling to make the car payments worthwhile. So, now back to dreading summer again.
