The contact owns a 2009 Scion Xb. While traveling at speeds of 25 mph, the left caliber began exhibiting an unusual noise and would violently grip the rotor. The vehicle was also abnormally pulling to the left. The dealer advised that the issue was with the tire. The dealer deemed the vehicle as unsafe to drive. The vehicle was left in the dealers possession awaiting repairs. The contact did not agree that the failure was caused by the tires. The failure and current mileages were unavailable.
