The contact owns a 2009 Toyota Scion Xb. The contact stated she believed the foam that held the front and side windows to the vehicle were designed too wide. When stopped at a traffic stop, the contact was unable to see out the window because the foam was obstructing his view. The contact stated he barely missed a crash three times due to the flaw. The manufacturer advised that he would be sent a letter in regards to his complaint. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 7,000 and the current mileage was approximately 20,000.
