The contact owns a 2014 Scion Xb. The contact stated that the passenger side running board was detached and hanging from the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to Toyota pasadena (3600 E foothill blvd, pasadena, ca 91107, (626) 795-9787) where the contact was informed that the vehicle was not included in any recalls. The failure was not diagnosed or repaired and the contact was advised that he would be responsible for any fees. The manufacturer had not been contacted. The failure mileage was 55,000.
