Firstly the amount is £ 576 pounds I bought the car from j c b in ashford kent. I did all the services as per book in December the car got a fault on the alternator the light stayed on all the time they said their was an extended policy, but did not cover this the main nature of the complaint is with their customers service who I have contacted twice they have got the problem on their system and told me they had a goodwill policy because this is an a very unusual case if the garage did not know. Anyway each time I contact them they promise to deal with and promise to ring me back they have three contact numbers no one has contacted me.
