After sales service of Skoda vehicles in India is pathetic. Manufacturer does not respond to scores of mails /letters for prompt supply of spare parts and service. Parts are very costly. There is growing reluctance on the part of Manufacturer/dealer to honor extended warranty clause. Customer feel helpless in the situation. what is the solution?My car is lying with the service workshop for around 45 days.
