Ascent Limted

  • Automatic transmission
  • 6,214 miles

After buying two Subarus from dealership since 2016 and buying extended warranty on new Ascent plus the standard to go with the upgrade, I see the Subaru policy is deny deny deny a rental to tow my camper, boats, utility trailers until the wiring harness issue is rectified. I keep bees. I fish. I haul utility trailers which is why I had the factory hitch installed. I haven't pulled anything until recently and it was less than ten times. For sure. Yet dealership isn't stepping up and Subaru Canada is not willing to compensate for fact I cannot tow anything this summer. No boats. No camper. No utility trailers. If I do I break the law. A very expensive vehicle and customer treated less than dirt.

Buyers beware.

Subaru Canada sucks. Do not buy extended warranty or any perks and expect that Subaru and or dealership won't throw you under the bus to keep their hands on a few pennies while it costs you in time and money.
