Forester LL Bean Edition 2.4L

major water leak in the front of both sides

Each time it rained both the floors in the front of the car were getting very full of water soaking the carpets and floor mats big time and after some checking about its the only place where any air-water could enter into the car, upon removal of the cabin filter it was totally blocked and was more than likely original or over 10 years old , could not see light thru it thats how blocked it was, and its not easy to get to!

Update from Jun 13, 2016: WATER is coming into the cabin thru the recir screen high above the filter and still flooding the front floors any help anywhere ?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
