problem #1

Jun 072016

Forester SL 4 cyl

  • Automatic transmission
  • 18,000 miles

Reported very rough ride& squeeling of tires on sharp, slow turns to Dealer from time of purchase. I was told tire pressure was low; they then increased pressure to 45lbs and told me that is the way vehicle rides! After repeated

attempts to solve problem at Dealers, with no results. As the symptoms worsened, I went for a 2nd opinionat a private repair shop. The diagnostics showed a bad wheel bearing in rt rear tire. At this point the ride, vibration and road noise was so bad

that I told them to go ahead with the repair. Am very unhappy with Subaru and our Dealer (Wold Subaru, Shrews bury, NJ.)as this is obviously a defect . This vehicle has only 18,000 mi. Should be reimbursed for this repair as Dealer did nothing !

Sincerely,

Louis Fredericks
