This vibration started at 2,000 miles on Touring model. It is more noticeable on a rougher surface,

Just bought a 2015 Subaru Forrester before Christmas 2014. Had a vibration in the dash. Was at the dealer's for 16 days and it's still not fixed. Still vibrates around the plastic hood that covers the electronic screen.
Dealer is telling me it's a design flaw. I think it's a crock. They don't want to make it good and they don't know how to fix it.
A friend has a 2015 Subaru and she has no problems at all. Bought from same dealer.
The dealer got me to drive another one on the lot that they picked that made the same noise as mine. I figure they found one with the same problem and got me to drive it to justify the fact that they can't fix the problem in mine.

There has been a horrible annoying rattling/vibrating in the dash area at low speeds since the first couple weeks I purchased my car. I believe it's related to the steering column or perhaps something else vibrating behind the instrument panel.
I bring up this rattling/vibrating issue every time I bring my car to the dealership and they cannot find anything. It's very annoying.
