I think the process of getting a new key is much to time consuming. The key never should have broken in the first place. I should be able to do this by mail. To have to bring it in to the service department with an appointment is stupid. Your service departments are slow and consume way too much time. I can't sit in your waiting room for two or three hours which it always takes. I hate your service departments. Your drop off service is even worse. Obviously the key was defective. The car is four years old Nov. 1, 2020 and has 7000 miles. Why should the key be worn out? I shouldn't have to pay $250 for a new key.
