Forester ES 2.0L

  • CVT transmission
  • 16,000 miles

The louvers on all the air vents broke off. It's just my wife and I, no kids or pets yet they just fell apart under normal use. Took it to Hawk Subaru and reported it. They did nothing. Four vents on a newer car and no way to adjust them. And that's just the beginning of our woes...never again.
