Wipers aren't fast enough in heavy rain or light rain at highway speeds. Vehicle is low enough to the ground that spray from other cars makes it impossible to see. Even with Bosch wiper blades. The speed simply isn't enough, even a new wiper motor is too slow. It's like driving in a whiteout.
