Met with a service engineer from Subaru at the Dealership that I worked at and he told me that it's the pre-cat warm up time and he couldn't do anything, B.S. They are told to say this by Fuji Heavy Industry (Subaru's parent company). They screwed up and to tell consumers that 's the way it's design is a cop out.
