This problem may be covered under warranty. Ask your Subaru dealer.
Car drifted left when breaking. Dealership did a wheel alignement covered by standard warranty. Problem reoccured at about 11k miles.

Above about 45 MPH this car wanders all over the road. There is no "on center" feel and you have to constantly make corrections to keep it in the lane. It is really unnerving to drive when it feels like the car might just dart into the oncoming lane at any moment.

Car was swimming left and right when driving straight on perfect roads. Behavior became most notable (and most annoying) at highway speeds. Dealership advised to do a wheel alignment (again). At a milage of about 5k miles, the car was drifting leftwards when braking (reported as a separate issue on this website), which resulted in a wheel alignment covered under warranty. Dealer refused to do a second wheel alignment under warranty, stating that this is normal wear and tear given California roads. He would see a lot of vehicles requiring this alignments and claimed we would have probably been hitting a pot hole. Car was still in standard warranty (36k miles / 3 yr) and I have never driven any other vehicle that required two wheel alignments in the first 12k miles that it was driven. IMHO, this is clearly a quality issue that Subaru is trying to hide.
