noise over bumps noise over bumps

I never miss regular maintenance on my vehicle. I noticed a loud creaking sound on the drivers side. When I took it in they informed me that the rubber strut seals had both failed, trapping water inside which leaked into my strut. The mechanic informed me that this has been a common problem for 2018 subaru imprezas. It's very loud and frustrating, I have pictures of both seals and the crack in the top of each also the rusty bolt.

I was in love with this car until starting to hear strange noises, mostly on bumps. Took it in for the first 10,000km service and found out that the front passenger side strut failed. I only drive on highways and a bit around town (Toronto). No dirt roads, no impacts during these 10,000kms. I am pretty disappointed with Subaru, expected more.

Customer service said that this was not a quality issue....first and last Subaru I will ever have.
