Radio keep losing programmed channel, unable to pair phone. Hardly switch phone between mine and my girlfriend one's. Doesn't hold USB media tracking when I shut the car. I have it reprogrammed twice, finally they changed it under warranty for another unit, update it and finally I got the exact same problem. That's what happened when you put a big brand into cheaper car. I have another appointment to try to fix it. Hopefully they will replaced with another brand (3 available: Harmann, Clarion, some unknown crappy Chinese brand). Not to mention that the Starlinks seem to be charcoal powered from another era. Just a suggestion for Subaru, take some stage at FCA to look for a good/easy interface...and put some power to your cpu and some RAM too. You have symmetrical AWD and boxer engine, that's good start, but you should improve the multimedia too.
