This problem may be covered under warranty. Ask your Subaru dealer.
2019 Impreza 2.0i base hatchback, 5MT. After 20k miles the car started to make a "creaking" noise from the front driver side suspension area. Noise was pretty consistent and was most noticeable when going over a speed bump / pot hole and when moving from a stop slowly. However, it also can be heard when taking a turn from a stop. Seemed to occur when the suspension was "loaded" and "unloaded". The sound is comparable to a squeaky chair.
SOLUTION = replace front strut mount / strut mount bushing.

This problem is a recurring problem. Apparently Subaru thinks it's ok to need to replace your struts every 10 or 15K miles!!!!!
