Legacy 2.2L

  • Manual transmission
  • 160,000 miles

put 3 fuel pumps in then car still would not run but part time.had to beat on fuel pump every time we went to start it.then found that the wiring down in the tank was burned and turned black.wonder it never blew the car sky high when it shorted out in the tank.
