The contact owns a 2010 Subaru Legacy. The head rest tilts to far down, which causes pain to her neck. She is only 5'1" tall. A technician from the dealer stated that the vehicles design meets regulations. The failure and current mileages were 500. Updated 2/1/10 updated 02/02/10.
