I called the Subaru dealer and he mentioned that he gets these type of calls all the time. He did mention that they would look at it for $59.95 (with their diagnostic equipment) and then fix it for a price. Seems like a rip off to me when the dealer and Subaru know that it's an ongoing problem with many cars.
