The contact owns a 2015 Subaru Legacy. While driving 40 to 55 mph, the contact's windshield cracked. The contact exited the vehicle and noticed the crack. The vehicle was taken to ruges Subaru (6444 montgomery St, rhinebeck, NY 12572, (845) 397-1204) where a new windshield was installed, but the windshield cracked again the same day. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and did not assist. The failure mileage was 40,000.
