When I mention to the Subaru service person that after parking my car I cannot remove the key, the service representative told me “this just a bad switch”. When I asked “what kind of switch and where is it?”, the rep said “come back when it get worse and we will replace it”. Now it is worse and more often it is difficult to remove the ignition key but Subaru service has no time for this service and I have to wait for four days until I will be able to bring my car in for this service.
