The window on passenger side is defective. The wire mech. has been replaced, but the window continues to be a driving distraction and is an accident waiting to happen. The Finley Automotive Subaru division's female worker says her Subaru car window does the same thing and it is caused by expansion of the plastic piece that the window hits when closing.

I open the windows for air and the passenger window will not close upon hitting the button but hits the top and goes back down upon repeated tries to close it. It must be inched upward to hopefully complete this task. This is a repeated, terrible driving distraction and if weather turns bad, which can happen, the closure must be addressed while car is in motion. It's the little things in life that count and this does not make me want to own another Subaru in the future, although the car is for the most part a stunningly beautiful car with many attractive features and safety measures.

Thank you for your immediate attention to this driving distraction hazard!
