I spent 20 minutes on my way to work, pulled over on the side of the road, chipping away at packed ice and snow in my wheel wells that were inhibiting full radius movement of the tires and still was unable to remove myself ch of the problem, the after about every 20 miles, had to stop and chip away at it again. Chipping away at it with a rock hammer, no less, to n avail, was made late to work, and luckily did not leave any aesthetic damage.
