ECM went out. This is covered per 2 dealerships under emissions system warranty. The reason for 2 dealers having information on this well that's where the really bad comes into play. Codes thrown were bad cam position sensor and MAF sensor. In reality it was only the ECM that failed.

First dealer told me they replaced the part, I refused to pay for the MAF and CPS from them. After 3 weeks of them having my vehicle and "replacing" the ECM I got it towed back to my house and replaced the MAF and CPS myself. They are simple to do and cheap if you don't buy them from the dealer. I then test drove the vehicle never starting it from when I picked it up to when I got home and replaced the 2 sensors per the warranty work statement. If I started it with out the parts replacement they would not cover the ECM again. This was a lie because 5 miles into a test drive I got the codes again.

I contacted a second dealer and they said those 2 codes are not what they really are. It sounds like my ECM went out....odd I just had that replaced, so I though. Dealer 2 replaced it in 2 days. I know the CPS wasn't bad as I put the original one back in and since the ECM replacement it never threw the code. Also if you are told you may need a ECM replacement bring ALL of your keys so the dealer can reprogram them to the new ECM, or if you don't really trust your dealer keep one and take it to pick up your vehicle. If it starts they didn't replace the ECM.
