The contact crawled underneath the vehicle and rotated the electric motor 250 times as per the owner-??s manual instructions. The vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired by an independent mechanic or dealer. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and the contact was informed that the VIN was not included in a recall and referred the contact to file a complaint with the NHTSA. The failure mileage was approximately 80,000.
