Same problem, car won't start. Roadside assistance sent to jump start the battery. Brought in the Napleton Subaru for service. This time they claim the battery failed a load test so they replaced it. After the service call, the Bluetooth technology doesn't work and our phone will not connect with the car so we brought it right back the same day. They had a very hard time connecting the phone but they finally did.

I've had my 2013 outback since 2019. I think I'm on my 5th battery now. I carry a car jumper on me at all times. I have had to replace the battery every winter!
