rear trunk light falls out

I purchased a new Subaru-Outback V6 2014 new car in Serramonte Subaru Dealer on 3/20/14. Just a month, my rear trunk light was falling down. I was bringing my car to the same dealer. They order the new light and replaced it on 4/23/14. On 6/14/14, the same light was falling down again.

I went to the dealer and reported it to the service Adviser-John Ownby. He has an attitude on that day. My husband asked him, "what's going on, you still remember it, right?"he said "I don't remember". My husband asked, " You said, will order the new light and fixed it last time". John said "yes, that's the new light". So I asked him why he said, he didn't remember. He speaks loud, and keeps doing his paper work. I asked him," are you going to help me?" He said, "I don't wanna f*cking helping you guys." And then he left. No one in the service counter. I walk to ask the sales manager for help, his name is Erice, he asked another product specialist to help me finally. But it has been 10 days. I have not received any call from their office. I lost the help now. So disappointed!!
