Replaced the window gussets/ panel twice on the Driver side but did not solve the problem. Annoying wind noise even on the side street is audible. I was told by the Service Adviser that SUBARU will contact me within two months for a new revised parts. I guess third time is a Charm.

Driver's window started making persistent, annoying, wind-related noise at around 3,000 miles. Vehicle now has 13,000 miles and problem continues. I rarely drive with the radio on, so I notice it readily. Noise seems to be coming from either the little window section or the area between the main window and the small, forward section. I can quiet it down by stuffing a small towel into the area between the top part of the small window piece and the gasket above it. When I take the Outback in for the upcoming Eyesight recall, I'll have the technician see if there's a fix. If not, I'll experiment with an extra piece of gasket, foam, or calk in that area. I love this vehicle otherwise, and I average 32-36 mpg (calculated, which is a little less than what the display indicates) with the 2.5 L engine, unless it's very cold weather. No, I don't drive in a "spirited" manner, but I do keep up with traffic!
