In 2020 one dealer diagnosed an oil leak and replaced several seals. In 2021, we smelled oil in the cabin and a second dealer diagnosed leak at sealant bead. Originally tried to charge us $2500 or something but when we pointed out that this is a known defect they relented and charged us about $250. A pattern of known Subaru defects, only grudgingly accepted by the dealers after the consumer complains. This will be our last Subaru.
